Forney EDC Jan. 08, 2015 meeting is second all-executive-session re: Zanatas

According to official sources, during its regular meeting on Jan. 08, 2015, the Forney EDC:

• Held a 45-minute-long executive session to: receive legal advice from its attorney regarding Agreement by and between DPR Builders, Zanata Restaurant and the Forney EDC.
• After reconvening into regular session, the FEDC moved to terminate the agreement by and between DPR Builders, Zanata Restaurant and the Forney EDC.
