Forney ARB considers FEDC request

During its regular July 31, 2023 meeting, the Forney HOZ Architecture Review Board met and considered a request for a certificate of appropriateness, in accordance with the Historic Overlay Zone district regulations, for exterior changes to the property at 210 S. Bois d’Arc Street.  The request is for EDC office to have a back patio and pergola.

        Mr. Dixon said this is for a screened pergola, with 800 sq ft of stamped concrete.  Fence will be stained and 6 ft. Marble countertop will be stained to match.
        Staff received no responses to public notice.
        There was no public input.
