FEDC considers incentives

During its Jan. 06, 2020 meeting, the Forney Economic Development Corp. met at 5 pm to approve two incentives:

• Held a 70-minute executive session.
  
• Approved $100k incentive for roadway extension for Akron Way for the DDX7 / Project Sadie development (across Gateway Blvd from the Goodyear warehouse).
  
• Approved $100k incentive for infrastructure expansion for Woodland Crossing (the development at 548/1641 where Racetrac is)
  
• Adjourned at 1814
