Mayor Penn amends curfew declaration order

After negotiations between Mr. John Daniels, his attorney, and the City of Forney, Mayor Penn has modified the downtown night-time curfew ordinance to begin at 8 pm instead of 7 pm, to allow more time for the rally/protest to occur on June 5 at city hall.

Update:on Sat. June 6 city staff reported the order had been rescinded.
