HOZ ARB considers request for 305 S. Center
During its regular July 06, 2020 meeting, the Forney HOZ Architecture Review Board met to consider paint colors at 305 S. Center St.:
- Held Public Hearings -
- Approved a request for a certificate of appropriateness, in accordance with the Historic Overlay Zone district regulations, for exterior changes to the main structure located at 305 S. Center Street.
Mr. Morgan briefed the board, said requesting minor changes to paint color - trim from burgundy to white, door and porch to blue.
There was no public input.
